The wood is Locally sourced from dead and dangerous urban trees. Each board has been expertly handcrafted from log to finished project. We salvage the logs, mill them into lumber, kiln dry, plane, sculpt, hand sand and finish each unique piece. Each board is finished with food safe hardwax-oil making it extremely tough and hardwearing.

Our Farmers’ Cheese Kit is the perfect starting point for beginners, kids and busy families and it’s a great kit to pair with our online cheesemaking class. Homemade cheese is ready to enjoy in about 30 minutes! This makes for a fun activity with a delicious result.
Farmers’ Cheese can be used as tender crumbles on tacos, salad and bowls of chili – you can even shape it into a little wheel using a ramekin or cupcake tin and enjoy with fruit and crackers. It’s lovely drizzled with honey.
